In the final episode of 2017, Rodrigo sits down with local real estate investor Bill Goacher (Featured in the best selling book The Millionaire Real Estate Investor By Gary Keller) who is responsible for one of Asheville’s great gems, the river arts district. Goacher and partners bought up buildings down by the river and were able to make affordable spaces for artists and others to pursue their passion!
