Bill Zahller is a multi-family real estate investor, syndicator, and pilot. He started out buying single family homes for investments and came to the conclusion that there’s more strength in numbers. Rather than having 100 different properties with one door, he shifted his focus to acquiring single properties with 200 doors. Bill is also the founder of Park Capital Properties LLC, where he partners with other accredited investors on multi-family real estate deals.
