Drew Crawford, is the owner of DIY Tiny based here in Asheville. Crawford has a passion for Tiny homes. His most recent mission is using tiny homes on wheels to help address affordable housing shortages but, it may not be as simple as you would like to think. Because of the affordability that tiny homes provide, Crawford has been working with the Asheville city council. He plans to change the permitted zoning areas and laws for tiny homes to make them easier to place and more common.
